Its limits
- One stream at a time: a family watching in two rooms at once needs two subscriptions
- No free trial. The test is the £12 month
- No refund once the login is activated
- No programme guide or catch-up: it is live channels plus a films and series library
- Support is on WhatsApp only, there is no phone line and no email address

If several people in your home watch different channels at the same time every evening, one subscription will not be enough. If you rely on a programme guide or on catching up with last week's shows, you will miss those features here.
