Watching sport without the buffering
Live sport is the hardest test for any IPTV subscription, because everyone tunes in at the same moment. Three things make the difference at home: a wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, a recent device (a Fire TV Stick 4K or an Android TV box rather than an old smart TV app), and choosing the right feed. If the FHD version stutters, the HEVC version of the same channel uses about half the bandwidth.

Are Sky Sports and TNT Sports in every plan?
Yes. There is no sports pack: the £12 month, the £35 half-year and the £60 year all include the same sport channels.
Which channels are in 4K?
Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports F1 have a 4K UHD feed. You need a 4K device, a 4K TV and about 30 Mbps of broadband to watch it.
What happens if a stream drops during a match?
Each big channel has several feeds. Switch to the HD or HEVC version of the same channel, and message us if the problem persists: we can check the server during the match.
Can I watch the match on my phone while someone watches the TV?
Not on one subscription: it plays on one device at a time. Two simultaneous streams need two subscriptions.
