Policies
Refund policy
One simple rule, written down before you pay, and the cases where we do things differently.
In short
- No refund once your login has been activated.
- No free trial: the 1 month plan at £12 is the test.
- Order cancelled before activation: refunded in full.
- Outage on our side lasting more than 72 hours: the lost time is added to your plan.
Why there is no refund after activation
Your subscription is digital content supplied straight away: from the moment your login is activated, you have access to the whole catalogue. When you ask us to activate it immediately, you agree that supply starts at once and you acknowledge that, under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation period then no longer applies. That is why we do not refund an activated login and do not offer a free trial. To test the service, the 1 month plan costs £12. In return, we answer every question before you order and check with you that your device and broadband are suitable.
Before activation
If you have paid and your login has not been activated yet, you can cancel the order by WhatsApp message. We refund the amount to the payment method you used, less any non-recoverable fee charged by the payment provider (crypto network fees in particular).
If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to provide a working login on the device agreed when you ordered, and the problem is on our side, the order is refunded in full.
Outages on our side
If the service is unavailable because of a fault on our side for more than 72 hours in a row, the length of the outage is added to your subscription free of charge. Report it on WhatsApp with the date and time it started.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and where that is not possible, to a price reduction that may amount to a full refund. In practice that means: if something is faulty, we fix it, and if we cannot fix it, we put it right with you.
What does not qualify for a refund
- Broadband that is too slow or unstable, or a device we flagged as unsuitable before you ordered.
- A channel or programme being withdrawn, renamed or briefly unavailable.
- The licence fee for a third-party app, which is paid to that app's developer.
- A change of mind, or using the service less than you expected.
- A suspension caused by a breach of the terms of service, in particular sharing your login.
No auto-renewal, so no surprise payments
Nothing renews automatically, so you can never be charged for a period you did not ask for. To extend, you message us; to stop, you do nothing at all.
